Welcome to Mrs. Quitt's Cool Kids,
Class of 2019-2020!

WELCOME! I am so glad you are visiting our class website.
I have SO many plans for this year.  It is sure to be an exciting and challenging year for all of us.
I will be implementing Seesaw, Genius Hour, and more! In addition, later in the year our class will be piloting one of the science curricula that our district is considering for adoption.

For the most current news and updates about happenings in Mrs. Quitt's Cool Kids, please see my Blog.  The blog is definitely the place to go for the latest and greatest!

About Mrs. Quitt

I  have lived here in Canyon Country for 30 years.  I have been married for 34 years to a wonderful guy.  Our 31 year old daughter (who attended Pinetree School) earned degrees from Harvey Mudd College and CalTech and is now a proud stay-at-home-mom to my CUTE grandson.  We have a dog, Nelly, who is about 9 years old.  She was found by a dumpster at the barn where I ride horses, nothing but skin and bone, just about starved to death. She is happy and healthy now, and will never miss another meal!
Hobbies: horse riding, going to the movies, cruises, Zumba!, walking the dog, READING (science fiction,
action, mysteries, and historical fiction are my faves), digital scrapbooking, counted cross-stitch,  surfing the Internet, juggling (yes, juggling!).
Favorite restaurants around town where you may see me:  Louise's BBQ, Tomato Joe's, Crazy Otto's, Aroma Thai, Karma (yum, Indian food), Chipotle, Casa Vieja, Subway, Chili's, Sizzler.
